Peace is Possible NOW
Inspired by Crescent Lake Encounters this June ~Join my Pause for Peace Garden Gatherings in Port Townsend, WA July-Nov.~
Confluence of Barnes Creek flowing into Crescent Lake near Crescent Lake Lodge
I was happily lucky enough to be right here near Crescent Lake within a span of a week, two times. Both times, I sensed the deep waters of Crescent Lake calling me home to the depths of my heart and inner sensitivity to merge with her waters, to feel her presence and to express this month of July about PEACE , the gift and grace that it is inside all of us.
There had been another post on peace I have been working on for a week or so, and this series of three posts on Peace inspired by two Crescent Lake writing trips with Carrie Bancroft will be broken up into a Peace Post each week for July, which feels timely to me.
An unbound, unlimited peace pulses the rhythm of life.
Peace pulses inside me and in the heart beat of a tree.
Peace is sentient as is Lake Crescent, deep, clear and full of microbes that can turn a human body into soap.
Peace is alive and vibrant, not some mamby pamby pie in the sky ideal.
Why is it, you may ask that many of us forget or have never known peace as a tangible living state of being, the Hu in human?
Perhaps we’re looking for the idealized concept in our mind instead of the full effervescent flooding falls of effulgence. Full, filled to the brim essence of wholeness with no separate seams, flaws cracks or ruptures.
Peace is that silky smooth surface feeling of perfection with no human control nor effort required. Simply the willingness to let go of what we are not, of all the images, illusions, and imperfections we believe are keeping us from what we crave, desire or long for most.
Peace is not a missing piece, a pause between chaos or conflicting thoughts, agendas, goals or purposes.
Peace embodies life seamlessly, with no premise of being the opposite of arguments, conflict, or war.
Facing conflicts while being inside of peace, a field, an energy frequency full of resolve and woven deep webs of gossamer golden threads of light filled love in an economy of care.
Ideals are not the fabric of peace.
Peace pulses, peace lives, alive within and all around us.
Our perception of peace plays in our power surges of love.
Water Kokopelli Plays Her Blue Peace Pipe by Greg Prescott
You are invited to share your pauses with peace this summertime.
Please feel free to play your peace pipe with all of us in the comments!
All creative expressions of peace are welcome to be played in your comments.
Collectively, we can co-create our own unique powerful peace prose, to expand our frequency of peace and love that permeates and saturates the lower frequencies of conflict, fear and separation.
PAUSE FOR PEACE GARDEN GATHERINGS with Grace
You’re invited to join me in my back garden this summertime into the autumn, July thru November. An hour of merging deeper inside with me, nature and peacefulness.
We come together to sit in silence after sharing spontaneously what may feel in the way of you being able to feel or tap into your inner pool of peace. Standing practice around the garden, moving sounding, stretching and breathing into any tension you may feel in your body.
Then we sit in silence to stillness, pulsing peace, the language of nature~ with the dragon flies, humming birds, cooing peace doves, sea gulls, ravens, eagles soaring with several new song birds who have come for a visit in the garden.
Email me: GraceRosen@pm.me if you’d like the weekly schedule, especially with days and times that work for you. Intending to offer at least one morning and one evening time Mondays thru Fridays. Tea and Kangen filtered water available.*
*If you can’t join me in person, please consider playing your peace pipe in the comments below this post.
"Peace is alive and vibrant, not some mamby pamby pie in the sky ideal"... love that! I appreciate the way you're putting your focussed attention on peace and creating opportunities to explore the concept and feeling of peace with others in your garden- lovely idea!
